WK 500 Touchless Car Wash Machine 03

To better ensure service quality, we should perform regular inspections and timely upgrades on the automatic car wash equipment. But where should we inspect? While professional after-sales technicians provide on-site service, delays can occur, and maintenance and troubleshooting issues have often left Manager Zhang at a loss, feeling trapped. Mastering these skills isn’t difficult! Today, we’ll introduce the daily maintenance standards for touchless car wash machines.

First, Routine Inspection & Cleaning:

  1. Overall Operation Check: Ensure the entire system operates normally.

  2. System Component Check: Inspect the computer system controlling the photoelectric sensors, the automatic water spraying system, and the drying system.

  3. Chain & Track Inspection: Check the high-pressure washer chain section and the track manually for the presence of any foreign objects – no exceptions!

  4. Weekly Core Component Cleaning: Clear potential clogs in critical parts weekly, such as water inlets, wax applicators, and nozzles.

  5. Photoelectric Sensor Maintenance: Regularly clean the central part of the photoelectric sensors with alcohol to ensure sensitivity. Classify and organize sensors.

  6. Low Water Pressure Check: If nozzle spray pressure is low:

    • Check the pressure reducing valve parameters.

    • Check if the belt tension is appropriate.

    • Check if the oil line needs replacement.

    • Check if any structures need reinforcement.

Second, Troubleshooting Common Issues:

  1. Abnormal Pump Noise: If there is strange noise from the pump (e.g., air suction):

    • Immediately check the fluid level in the tank.

    • Check the inlet filter to prevent blockage.

    • Change the machine oil.

  2. Track Roller Stopping: First, check and clean any clogged nozzles to avoid damaging the rotation angle controller.
