  • Large VehiclesCoaches/Trucks/Engineering Vehicles: Buses, vans, trailers, etc. are too long (over 5 meters) or too high (over 2.5 meters) to exceed the equipment frame limit, and the chassis structure is complex and difficult to clean thoroughly.
  • Modified Vehicles/Special Structure Vehicles: Vehicles with top boxes, side steps, and wide body surrounds may cause blind spots in cleaning due to sensor misjudgment, and even cause equipment collision risks.
  • Severely Oily/Oxidized Layer Vehicles: If the paint surface is not cleaned for a long time, resulting in asphalt and gum, or the paint surface of old vehicles is oxidized and peeled off, manual pretreatment is required to achieve the cleaning effect.

Applicable Scenarios and Precautions for Touchless Car Wash Machine

  • High-Frequency Daily Cleaning: Suitable for operating scenarios that require quick cleaning, such as gas stations, parking lots, 4S stores, etc. A single cleaning takes only 3-6 minutes, and the average daily processing volume can reach more than 100 vehicles.
  • Paint Protection Priority Scenario: For luxury cars and film vehicles that are sensitive to paint (such as invisible car covers and color-changing films), touchless technology can reduce the risk of scratches, but equipment equipped with a softening water system and neutral detergent must be selected.

Limitations Supplement

The cleaning effect of the chassis and wheels is weak, and it is recommended to cooperate with manual deep cleaning regularly; in low-temperature areas in winter, attention should be paid to the addition of antifreeze to prevent waterways from freezing.
